Jessica Alba hosted the Step Up Women’s Network toast last week in the Forbes Penthouse Suite at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in LA. Jessica has been involved with the Step Up Women’s Network for a while now and had recently ed on it in an interview to In Style Magazine:

“The organization was started for women with cancer and grew from there. It’s run by women who put their energy twoard bettering the world, and it focuses on a wide range of causes from health issues (raising funds for cacer and heart disease research) to education (matching women with metors). They also encourage young women to take a stand on social issues. At one event some girls I’d worked with made me a thank-you card, each putting her own art on it expressions of who they are. Seeing them find their voices warms by heart”
