Jessica Alba reveals some of the workout secrets that has helped make her one of the most desirable women in the world.

“I’m not one of those women with a really thin body – I do have fat and have to work out to stay in shape,” Jessica says. “When I’m in the gym, I start out on the treadmill for ten to 15 minutes. Then I do 50 lunges and crunches.

“Next I get back on the machine for ten minutes. Then I work on my shoulders, biceps and triceps. I do that non-stop for four sets.”
