For someone who has spent a lot of time talking about how her “hotness” is holding back her movie career, the revelation that Jessica Alba would oneday consider plastic surgey — if she started losing her looks — is quite an interesting one.

The sexy actress has been moaning a lot lately about movie directors who cannot look past how drop dead gorgeous she is, and has been urging them to start taking her seriously as an actress. While there is a fair amount of truth to her gripe, it’s also very obvious Jessica loves the goddess sex symbol status she currently enjoys. (who wouldn’t?)

Jessica responded when questioned on oneday having plastic surgery:  “I’m not going to say never for sure. I don’t know if, for example, having babies will stretch my stomach beyond what is acceptable.”

But the actress insists she would prefer not to have her features surgically enhanced.

“People usually look better without surgery - my grandmother aged very gracefully,” Jessica said.  “As an actress, you express emotion with your face and if you have plastic surgery, you lose that spark.”
