Jessica Alba has something of a reputation for sharing an indifferent relationship with members of the world’s paparazzi. If I spent half my life being chased around by a bunch of freaky looking people flashing cameras in my face whenever I  dared step outside, I think I might get snappy too.

But I still found it somewhat ironic and humorous today to read comments attributed to Jessica telling other celebrities to ‘get used to being photographed and famous’.

After all, this is the same Jessica Alba who has frequently stood accused of behaving like a bad ass towards members of the paparazzi - telling them to leave her the hell alone in less than friendly terms. One particular publication has said the actress is a whole different person when she’s not out and about promoting a movie (and happy to be photographed by working for the media).

She’s no saint when it comes to dealing with these annoying people.

Nonetheless Alba offers the following pearls of wisdom for her fellow celebrities: “Stop screaming about being photographed. You’re famous – get used to it. When you are no longer famous, they will move on to somebody else.”

Jessica says she does have a solution to remedy this ongoing problem. She says: “Kid Rock, of all people, gave me some advice. He said, ‘If you have a problem with the paparazzi, then move to Michigan. Nobody will bother you there.’”

I guess this means Jessica is more than happy to continue living among the paparazzi.
